Villa Blaaskans is completed in the
beginning of 2012 and is located on the
outskirts of the city of Hoedspruit (Limpopo).
The six-person villa is located in one of the
most beautiful areas van South Africa is a
part of Zandspruit Bush and Aero Estate.
The holiday home stands on 10000 m2 own
land, ensuring ultimate peace and privacy
during your vacation. On the Estate there
are many (harmless) wildlife like giraffes,
zebras, monkeys and gnus. Imagine,
relaxing in the private pool while you are
enjoying the wonderful animals around you
and the view from the terrace on the
Drakensberg.

Villa Blaaskans is surrounded by a private
nature reserve where you can find many
(harmless) animals, even around the house
it is possible to spot wildlife! In the vicinity of
the villa you can find many nature reserves
including the Big 5. In the different nature
reserves it is also possible to book jeep
safaris or safari walks. To go on safari
yourself is also possible, because the world-
famous Kruger National Park is only 45
minutes away!

Besides all the wild animals in the reserves
the other available nature is also very
beautiful, as you can find a comparison of
the U.S. Grand Canyon in the vicinity, the
South African Blyde River Canyon! On the
route to it you find several special vantage
viewing points where you can stop to enjoy
the Canyon and the spectacular view.

The villa has three spacious bedrooms. The
master bedroom is the biggest bedroom, in
this room there is a double bed and a
luxurious bedroom. Bedroom two has a
beautiful double four-poster bed and is
equipped with a sliding door to the adjoining
terrace. Bedroom three has two single beds.
All bedrooms are equipped with a fan and a
climate control system.

Villa Blaaskans has a spacious living with
sliding doors on both sides, allowing you to
enjoy the magnificent view. In the living
room there is a large corner sofa,
comfortable chairs and a fireplace. The
living room adjoins the open kitchen, which
is equipped with a 5-burner stove, oven,
microwave, kettle, coffee maker, American
fridge with cold water tap and an ice maker.
In the room next to the kitchen (scullery) you
find the dishwasher, washing machine and
dryer. In short, fully equipped.

Villa Blaaskans includes two spacious
bathrooms, one in the master bedroom. This
bathroom includes a bathtub, rain shower
and double sink. The other bathroom is
situated between bedroom two and three.
Both bathrooms are adjacent to one of the
tow outdoor showers with phenomenal
views of the Drakensberg and the Bush.

Outside there are several terraces equipped
with sun lounges and a lounge set directly
adjacent to the private pool. In front of the
villa you find a double carport.

Villa Blaaskans is situated at a private
nature reserve (Zandspruit) with several
harmless animals. Thus, it is possible to see
a giraffe and a zebra face to face. Even
around the house you can meet wild
(harmless) animals, so you can experience
animals really close.

From the villa it is about 5 minutes driving to
the village Hoedspruit. In the village you can
find everything you need, there are 2
supermarkets, 3 restaurants, an internet
caf� and several clothing stores.
The village is surrounded by several nature
reserves and therefore it is very safe. Villa
Blaaskans is located at a 45 minutes � drive
from the famous Kruger Park and the Blyde
River Canyon.

arrival everything you ordered is taken care
of.
